Common uses
Analpram-Hc is a topical anesthetic and corticosteroid combination used to reduce itching, pain, redness, or swelling associated with many skin disorders.

Prior to Use
Let your physician or pharmacist know about any other medications -- prescription or over-the-counter -- that you are using. Inform your physician of any other medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or breast-feeding.

Instructions for Use
Follow your physician's instructions for taking Analpram-Hc. TO USE THIS MEDICINE: apply a small amount of medicine to the affected area. Gently rub the medicine in until it is evenly distributed. Wash your hands after applying Analpram-Hc, unless your hands are part of treated area. Do not bandage or wrap the affected area unless directed otherwise by your physician. It is best to keep Analpram-Hc away from heat and light, at room temperature. Should you skip or forget a dose of Analpram-Hc, apply it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, omit the skipped dose and continue to follow your original dosing schedule.

Warnings
If your symptoms do not improve within a few days and consult your physician if they worsen. Do not use Analpram-Hc for longer than prescribed. Do not use Analpram-Hc for other skin conditions at a later time. Do not get Analpram-Hc in your eyes. If you are using Analpram-Hc for diaper rash, avoid using tight-fitting diapers or plastic pants. Women, if you plan on becoming pregnant, discuss with your physician the benefits and risks of using Analpram-Hc during pregnancy. The effects of Analpram-Hc on breast milk is not known. If you are or will be breast-feeding while you are using Analpram-Hc, consult your pharmacist or physician to discuss the risks to your baby.

Potential Side Effects
Side effects, that may go away during treatment, include burning, itching, mild irritation, or dryness. Consult your physician if they do not go away or if they bring you difficulties. Let your physician, pharmacist, or nurse know if you experience any side-effects not listed here.

Drug interactions
Drug interactions can result in unwanted side effects or prevent a medicine from doing its job.

In Case of Overdose
Contact a poison control center or visit an emergency room immediately, if you think you have overdosed. Analpram-Hc may be harmful if swallowed.
